Today I was speaking with a DSL customer who could not get online. After discussing having rebooted the modem and the DSL light only flashes now and then, it came up in conversation that the customer had canceled their home phone service. Oops.

After I was done working on a PC, the owner make the remark that a website they used to go to for music wasn't working anymore. Further, they informed me that the website was stating that they needed plugins to listen to the music. The owner's response to this was to tell me that they did, in fact, have everything plugged in and it still didn't work.
